These Terms of Service govern your use of tailviva.com and purchases from Tailviva. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURACY
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for the activity conducted using your information and for ensuring that products ordered are lawful to receive at your delivery address.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PET SAFETY
We aim to present products accurately, but product images, colors, dimensions, materials, packaging, and availability may vary. Tailviva does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, nutritional, or behavioral advice. Product information is general information only and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified veterinarian. Always supervise your pet, follow product instructions and warnings, and discontinue use if an adverse reaction or safety concern occurs.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND AVAILABILITY
Submitting an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been accepted or shipped. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for pricing, availability, fraud, or other errors. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund. PAYMENT
You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges shown before purchase. Payment processing is provided by our payment-service providers; Tailviva does not store full payment-card details.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping estimates, delays, cancellations, and returns are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use this site only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use automated means to scrape or disrupt the service without our written permission.

The Tailviva name, site content, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tailviva and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the site to shop, no rights are granted without written permission.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
